Facility Reservation

Arden Manor Recreation and Park District offers a variety of rental facilities including our community center, picnic areas, swimming pool, baseball/softball fields, soccer field, and multi-sport complex.  Please see the general rental information and policies below.  To find detailed rental rates and information for each type of facility please view the Pool, Community Center or Park rental application at the top of the page.

General Information

Call the District Office (916.487.7851) to check availability of date, or to schedule an appointment to view the facility. Reservations are not confirmed until the Facility Rental Application and security deposit and/or rental fees are received by the District. All payments are due in full 14 days prior to the date of the event.

Community Center rental time must include set-up, tear down and clean-up. Tables and chairs are included in the facility rental fee. DJ/Band/Music must stop playing by 10:00pm. The designated leader, or person overseeing the activity or event, must be present at all times. Deposit will be refunded if the facility is returned to the District in the same condition that renter received it.

Refund Policy

30 days – Full refund of all fees including deposit
14-29 days – 50 % of rental fees refunded and full deposit
1-13days – Cancellation made less than 14 calendar days from the event shall forfeit the usage fees and security deposit

All refunds are processed through the county of Sacramento. Refund checks commonly arrive by mail two to three weeks after rental to the address provided on the rental application.
