Tai Chi & Kung Fu

Sessions begin with stretching, loosening, and balancing Chi Gung movements combined with breathing exercises followed by standing meditation to release tension. Warm ups are designed to stretch and strengthen the legs while improving balance and coordination. Tibetan Hop Gar (White Crane) and Tai Chi techniques are taught in along with cooperative partner practice. Age 18+
