General Fee Policy
It is the policy of the Arden Manor Recreation and Park District that any group utilizing the facilities shall reimburse the District for any direct costs associated with the group’s use of those facilities.

Refundable Deposits

• $100 refundable security deposit will be charged for building or room rentals.
• $10 key deposit will be charged for each set of keys needed.

Pool and Patio Rental Fees

Some events will require expanding the liability insurance policy for that event. Events that usually require additional liability include, but are not limited to the following: sporting events, events involving the consumption of alcohol or use of jump houses. Individual events need to be discussed with the District Manager in order to ascertain the exact need for insurance.

Note: The District must be named as additionally insured on the company’s insurance. The district will keep a list of all companies that meet the insurance requirement.
