Facility Rental Information
Tables & Chairs
Tables and chairs are included when renting the Community Center or Activity Room, no additional fee is required. All renters are responsible for table and chair set up and breakdown, please allow sufficient time within the rental for set up, breakdown, decorating, and cleaning.
Security and Key Deposit
A security deposit of $100.00 for District residents and $350.00 for non-residents will be charged for all facility uses. A deposit of $10.00 will be charged for each set of keys distributed to the renting party.
General Fee Policy
It is the policy of the Arden Manor Recreation and Park District that any group utilizing District facilities shall reimburse the District for any direct costs associated with the group’s use of the facility.
Insurance
The District must be named as additionally insured on the company’s insurance. Permit fees are separate from insurance fees. The renter is responsible for procuring private insurance. AMPRD can help broker a policy with Alliant Insurance.
Alcohol Permit
In order to serve alcohol at an event the renter will need to provide a waiver from an insurance provider naming Arden Manor Recreation and Park District as additionally insured with a Host Liquor Liability Endorsement for the date and location of the event. Arden Manor can assist in brokering an insurance policy with Alliant Insurance if insurance cannot be obtained through the renter’s insurance provider; the typical cost is $275.00 for an event of 1 – 100 people. Please contact the District office at 916-487-7851 if alcohol will be sold or provided for donation.
