L&L District 96-1 Refund

 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Owner -occupied resident must be either:
    a.  Sixty-two (62) years of age or older  OR
    b.  Disabled, as established by the Social Security Administration
         Supplemental Income Program for the aged, blind and disabled.
2.  Report $15,000 or less adjusted gross household income on the current State
     Income Tax Return. In the case of a husband and wife, it is the amount
     indicated on their joint return or the sum of the amounts indicated on the
     individual returns.
3.  The final property tax payment has to have been made by
     April 1st of every year
     a.  A copy of the receipt needs to be attached to this application.
4.  This Refund Application must be received by May 15th of every year

 New Opportunity
A committee is currently being formed from the citizens of this neighborhood to work on a new 10-year plan for Arden Manor Recreation and Park District. This group would revise the 30-year-old plan and in doing so would shape the future of this Park District. If you have new and fresh ideas or goals you would like to see implemented in the future, this team needs you. The group will have its first meeting in January 2008. Please contact the District Manager for more information.
